Our rustic, panelled dining rooms maintained in their original form, combined with contemporary amenities, promise an experience for all the senses in an ambience of times gone by in the heart of Stubaital. Freshly caught trout and char from our own fishpond, housemade cheese and meat specialties from our Tschangelair alpine pasture are served in our restaurant with fresh regional vegetables and delicious side dishes. With room for up to 150 persons, "Der Hoferwirt" is the first port of call for excellent Tyrolean cooking in a rustic ambience.

We use natural products from our own farm and from our partner-farms from Stubaital. This guarantees you the highest quality and best taste. Cooking with premium, fresh products from the region is our passion. On the menu of our traditional tavern you’ll find regional specialties as well as hearty Stubai classics such as tripe soup made to the original recipe.
